LateMeetings.com service has been developed to allow
a group of venues (either a branded chain, consortia,
destination-based grouping, conference booking agency
or association) to utilise the LateMeetings.com functionality
for its own brand or grouping.
The
service provides the same functionality as LateMeetings.com
but with the grouping’s own website design, colours
and is provided via a seamless link to the LateMeetings.com
database. All venues included in the ‘Own Brand’
service also benefit from appearing in LateMeetings.com
and its search engine optimised directory www.blackandreaddirectory.com.
Venue
group version - branded for the group or consortia
to allow fully searchable and bookable meetings for
it own venues only. Venues are also included in the
main LateMeetings.com service.
‘Own
Brand LateMeetings.com’ provides a ‘cutting
edge’ solution for online availability to drive
meetings bookings from the group’s own website
and can be configured for bookings to be handled by
individual venues or by group central reservation office.
Agency
version - branded for the agency to provide
customers with an online bookings solution for meetings
that supports the agency's main activities and as a
'cutting edge' option for the agency.
Existing
commissions are protected and the service includes all
venues that are loaded to LateMeetings.com.
Destination
Version - branded to the destination's website
and as a service to customes searching for late notice
bookings for the destination for their meetings and
conferences. Supplements the destination's 'Request
for Proposal' and personal venue-finding services by
releasing time used on short-notice bookings for longer
term and more detailed events.

A separate technical document supports and explains
the service for partners’ technical personnel.
Costs
Costs
for the service are based on a range of pricing options
but individual needs would be assessed at the time of
discussion and can be tailored to suit.
LateMeetings.com
has a flexibility policy to ensure it can meet the needs
of the organisation taking advantage of the service
and enters into a ‘partnership’ agreement
at the outset to ensure mutual benefits from the service.

levels to be agreed between partner and LM based on
a minimum income per month to LM. A maximum threshold
for the share of commissions to be agreed at the beginning
of the agreement. Commission invoicing by LM can be
provided at a nominal extra cost.
Note:
LateMeetings.com main website charge is 5% commission
for confirmed bookings and 1% on bookings via conference
booking agencies.
*All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
**Partner is responsible for communicating/marketing
the service to its members and users. LateMeetings.com
undertakes to provide PR and support marketing during
the launch phase and to agreed levels during the period
of the agreement.

and technology remains copyright of Latemeetings.com
throughout the agreement and is provided under license
to the partner. LateMeetings.com reserves the right
to modify the service (for updating and improvement)
with reasonable notice provided to the partner.
